Why I built LocalAlpha
I have spent my career deciding which housing markets are worth betting on. Across fifteen years in institutional real estate I ran business intelligence and asset management on more than 19,000 apartment units and $175M in operating budgets, and I built the data systems underneath all of it. Today I am Director of Business Intelligence at Rent Butter.
