How do I order parcel data?
Parcel data is a Land Alpha feature, available when the parcel marketplace is switched on. Orders pull owner and mailing details for vacant-land parcels matching your filters, with optional spatial cleanup (flood zone, steep slope, wetland, no road access). Pricing is always shown before you confirm.

Go to Land → Orders → New to open the 5-step wizard.

Geography — choose one or more counties (search or pull from your watchlist).

Filters — set acreage, value, and cleanup/spatial filters.

Preview — review the matching record count and per-county data quality.

Confirm — check the pricing, then submit; the export builds in the background.

Delivery — download the CSV from Order history once the status shows complete (links expire after 30 days).
