Use the 5-step order wizard at Land → Orders → New. Pick one or more counties, set acreage, value, and cleanup filters, preview the record counts and data quality, confirm pricing, and submit. Your export builds in the background and appears in Order history with a download link when ready.

Parcel orders pull owner and mailing details for vacant-land parcels matching your filters, with optional spatial cleanup (flood zone, steep slope, wetland, no road access).

Pricing is shown before you confirm.

1. Go to Land → Orders → New to open the wizard.

2. Choose counties (search or from your watchlist).

3. Set acreage, value, and cleanup/spatial filters.

4. Preview record counts and per-county data quality.

5. Confirm pricing, then submit — the export builds in the background.

6. Download the CSV from Order history when the status shows complete.
