How do I use the Explore map?

Open the Explore map to get started. The map and the list stay in sync — clicking a list row flies the map to that market, and clicking a marker highlights it in the list.

Overlays recolor the boundaries by a single dimension or metric so you can spot patterns, like where affordability is strongest across a region.
